You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the Services to transmit malware or harmful code; (c) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (d) use automated means to access the Services beyond authorized API usage; or (e) resell or sublicense the Services without written permission.
Intellectual Property
Finelogic retains all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. You grant Finelogic a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.
Service Availability and SLA
We commit to the uptime levels specified in your plan. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Service credits may be available for downtime exceeding our SLA commitments, as detailed in our Service Level Agreement documentation available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finelogic's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
